We're thrilled to announce major updates to our Live Aware Desktop Recorders for both Windows and Mac! These updates bring a host of new features and improvements to enhance your game testing and live streaming experience.

Windows Recorder (v1.7.1):

Process Priority Options: Now you can ensure the Live Aware Recorder always has the resources it needs to perform flawlessly, even during demanding recording sessions. Set the process priority to high to prioritize recording performance and minimize any potential slowdowns.
Improved Reconnect Logic for Low Latency Streaming: We've enhanced the reconnect logic for low latency streaming, making your streams even more reliable. Enjoy smoother, uninterrupted streaming experiences with fewer dropped connections.

Mac Recorder (v1.0.0):

We are rebuilding the Mac Recorder from the ground up to match the feature set of its Windows counterpart. This initial release includes some of the most highly requested features:

Ultra-Low Latency Streaming: Experience the power of real-time feedback with our ultra-low latency streaming option. This allows for near-instantaneous interaction between testers and developers, making remote playtesting sessions feel more like in-person collaborations.
